HARTFORD, Conn. -- Excitements fills the air as the house lights slowly fade. The noisy arena hushes. $200,000 in prize money and a production cost of $2.5 million truly made this "World Championship of Singing and Dance" the richest pow wow in history, and everyone is anxious.
