First commemoration ever held for 'Osage Reign of Terror'.

FAIRFAX, Okla. -- Not a lot of footsteps grace the walkways of the tiny town of Fairfax in the spacious prairie lands of northern Oklahoma, but there are a lot of spirits.

And on, Sept. 17, 1994, in the first public tribute to the countless Osages who were slain for their oil wealth in the 1920s, the spirits came out to talk.
