Killer haunts Mantua residents.

Police are not convinced there is a serial killer. Residents are not convinced that there isn't.
But while fear continued to grow in the Mantua section of West Philadelphia after the discovery of yet another African-American woman's body early this week, there was also a cautious sigh of relief that authorities will be pulling out all stops to find the person or persons responsible for the mysterious killings.
