Allen Ginsberg, the gay, Jewish, Buddhist, activist bard who not only altered the face of American letters but has had a shaping hand in a wild variety of social and cultural movements of the past five decades, has never been busier. Taking time out from writing the liner notes for "Holy Soul Jellyroll," a four-CD collection of his poetry and music (to be released in June) to talk to the Forward about his current activities, Ginsberg reports that he has titled his latest collection of poems, due out in May from Harper-Collins, "Cosmopolitan Greetings."
