Now that it looks as if things have quieted down in Haiti and Jean-Bertrand Aristide has returned as president, I think it's safe to chalk up another "w" in President Clinton's win column. Oh, former President Jimmy Carter definitely came on late in the ninth inning with a strong performance to record the "save," but make no mistake friends, it was President Clinton who pitched some strong diplomacy for eight innings.
