THE BLACK MAN DID IT! S.C. accusations nothing new.

Rev. Jesse Jackson said in Philadelphia this weekend that the nation's atmosphere of "hate, hurt and hosthity allowed a sick, young South Carolina mother to "create a mythological Black person and get Blacks interrogated."

Jackson's comments came in the wake of false allegations that a Black man two weeks ago carjacked a vehicle containing two young white boys.
