Baroness Cox Receives AGBU's Papazian Award.
The Baroness Cox of Queenbury received the Garbis Papazian Award presented annually by the Central Board of the AGBU to a non-Armenian who has "offered outstanding services to the Armenian cause and the presentation of Armenian culture." The presentation took place at a special reception in her honor on November 1st.
Lady Cox, a legend in her lifetime, has made 21 humanitarian visits to Armenia and Karabagh since May 1991, taking countless tons of much-needed food, medical supplies, and other equipment to the people of Karabagh, as well as raising the subject of the conflict in the British House ...
