Armenian Central Bank Director Gives Economic Forecast.

Armenian Central Bank Director Bagrat Asatrian claimed at a November 12 meeting with several directors of major factories in Armenia that the inflation rate in Armenia at the end of 1995 will be I percent, due to the government's economic program. Asatrian also said that all loans will be granted on a competitive basis.
