The bulletproof vest man takes his case to court.

The owner of a controversial Baltimore bulletproof vest company retaliated against several city officials and organizations this week, not with the method of the wild west but with that of the late 20th century - the lawsuit.

Alleging defamation, breach of contract and deprivation of constitutional rights, Robert Abrams, owner of 22nd Century Body Armor, is suing the mayor, city council, Fraternal Order of Police, a Northwest Baltimore business group and an advertising company for more than $1 million each.
