Telling the Truth About the Black Intelligence Quotient.
Every twenty years or so, a white academician or scientist steps forward to claim that black people are genetically inferior to whites, specifically in terms of intelligence. Such a claim has recently resurfaced. Conservative social scientist Charles Murray and the late Harvard psychologist Richard Herrnstein have written a new book entitled "The Bell Curve" (The Free Press $30.00).
