Memphis medics join in relief efforts in Senegal.
A regional medical relief team just returned from Dakar in West Africa where they visited the infamous Goree (pronounced "go-ray") Island before venturing south to their medical mission in Kaolack, Senegal.
They were among the 300,000 travelers who visit Senegal each year. For many the trip is a pilgrimage.
