Temple adds two new majors to curriculum: Students explore the roots of. Latin Amer.
A new academic major in Latin American Studies for students enrolled in Temple University's College of Arts and Sciences give students a new cross-disciplinary opportunity to explore the roots and Contemporary realities of Latin American culture.
It is one of two new cross-departmental majors recently approved by the University's Board of Trustees. Beginning in Fall 1995, Temple will add majors in Latin American Studies and Jewish Studies leading to a Bachelor of Arts degree.
