Boston Parade Row Goes to Supreme Court: New York Gays Also Prepare Battle Plan

THE right of gays and lesbians to march in Boston's St. Patrick's Day parade is to be considered by the Supreme Court, the highest judicial body in the United States. However, the court, which accepts for review only a fraction of the cases presented each term, is not scheduled to present it's ruling until at least April, which means it will have no effect on this year's march.
