If the New York Mets want to erase the fiasco surrounding the release/firing of veteran broadcaster Tim McCarver, the solution is waiting for them in Dunedin, Florida. Whatever it takes, they must try and get just traded, ex-Yankee, David Wells.
The results of the trade won't be known for months and it took the type of year Wells had for the Yankees to obtain certain first ballot Hall of Famer Roger Clemens.
