Serious Trouble Brewing In West Africa's Cameroon.

The Central African nation of Cameroon had a bad year in 1994, with the situation worsening as the year drew to a close. The deterioration led some analysts to question whether Cameroon might not become the "Haiti of Africa," an economic and political basket-case requiring foreign military intervention.
