`Just Cause' takes a look at capital punishment.
By the time this review is published in the AmNews, New York State will have reinstated the death penalty. If actor Sean Connery, who played 007 (a spy with a license to kill) in numerous James Bond thrillers, were a New York State senator, he would have been proud to place the bill on Governor George Pataki's desk for him to sign, because the new governor supports capital punishment.
