House Roll Call on 10 Commandments

The 248-180 roll call Thursday by which the House approved a measure allowing the Ten Commandments to be posted in schools and other government buildings.

A ``yes'' vote is a vote to approve the measure.

Voting ``yes'' were 45 Democrats and 203 Republicans.

Voting ``no'' were 164 Democrats, 15 Republicans and one independent.

Six members did not vote.

``X'' denotes those not voting.
