Long-term care finally on the agenda.

After years of struggle, longterm care has finally won a place on the nation's agenda. Paresident Clinton's health care reform plan proposes a major home care program that would revolutionize long-term care services in the United States. Congress must hear from the public in support of long-term care if it is to survive during the current health reform debate in Congress.
