CHICAGO -- You may have already noticed that food labels have changed. Because of new FDA regulations, almost all packaged food products are carrying a bolder, updated nutrition label called "Nutrition Facts." The new labels are giving Americans the facts they need to make informed food decisions and help build healthful eating habits.
