Most popular musicians are busy with their hectic careers but local signer Joe Posada has taken the time to join a life-saving cause, the National Marrow Donor Program to help patients like Dinora Salas. Nine year old Dinora was diagnosed in August of 1994 with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL).

This malignant disorder involves the production of immature white blood cells and primarily attacks patients between two and 10 years of age.
