Militia movement has black supporters, too.

Leroy Crenshaw's dining room is crowded with boxes of books, papers and videotapes he uses for his lectures. More boxes of literature are stored in the basement and garage of his ranch-style house in suburban Springfield.

While his wife Bessie cooks up sausages in the kitchen, Leroy leafs through those papers in the living room. "Yes, there is a war going on right now between good and evil," Crenshaw says, taking a drag form a Salem cigarette, "and I'm convinced that the elected officials people are talking about are working hand-in-hand with Satan."
