THE JOHN W. COLTRANE SOCIETY celebrates 10 years of living the legacy.
"He loved to see children interested in music and he wanted to help make them young musicians," says "Cousin" Mary Alexander who is the first cousin of jazz master, John W. Coltrane.
And that's what the John W. Coltrane Society has been about since it started in 1984. The Coltrane Society is still celebrating its 10th year of helping young musicians become professional musicians and keeping the legacy of jazz alive.
