Have you dreamt of a slice of Chinese ham or the much coveted Spanish ham? Foodies will be glad to know that the much coveted Spanish ham is now available worldwide including the United States after being banned for many years.

If anything unites the European continent it is the ubiquitous pig in all its culinary renderings. But it is hard to imagine the pig being more deeply rooted in folklore, tradition and gastronomy than it is in Spain.
