House Roll Call on Gun Control Bill

The 305-117 roll call Thursday by which the House urged negotiators for a House-Senate conference on a juvenile justice bill to include language closing loopholes on criminals buying guns.

A ``yes'' vote is a vote to approve the motion.

Voting yes were 174 Democrats, 130 Republicans and one independent.

Voting no were 32 Democrats and 85 Republicans.

X denotes those not voting.

There is one vacancy in the 435-member House.
