A Wake-up call for African Americans.
The U.S. Supreme Court's rulings on minority set-asides and race-conscious redistricting should serve as the final wake-up call for African Americans to get serious a bout leveraging our considerable political and economic muscle to protect and advance our interests regardless of which party is in control of Congress or occupies the White House.
