SUDS: Brews by Jews are making news, as beer becomes the drink of choice.
It's the middle of summer. In the Philadelphia area, that usually means the three "H's" are in town: hazy, hot and humid. Flip back to the front page. Aaaah! Does that provide any relief?
Thanks in part to local beer mavens Jon Bovit, David and Judi Mink, and Jeff Ware and, on a national scale, Pete Slosberg - all of whom are Jewish - beer is going through a renaissance and has reached an unparalleled level of popularity in the United States.
