Former South African president F.W. De Klerk's white minority regime continued a campaign of dirty tricks against the African National Congress (ANC) during the early 1990s at the same time that de Klerk was publicly negotiating an end to apartheid.

These allegations are beginning to eke out in confessions from former government spies and security agents of the de Klerk government, according to Associates Press reporter, Tom Cohen.
