In the Name of the Chinese People.

Talk about misused language and empty rhetoric--"the Chinese people" has to be one of the most abused phrases in today's world of politics.

While waiting for her husband Harry (aka Peter) Hongda Wu to arrive from his expulsion from China, Ching Lee Wu gave a press conference at San Francisco International Airport. One of the key points of her message was that Harry did all that--whatever it was--not at all for himself, but for the Chinese people. In other words, Harry should be honored as a hero by the Chinese.

I'm curious: Does the wife of the beloved Harry mean that she would be happy to host any peasants ...
