WASHINGTON, D.C.
Filipino Express columnist Leandro Coronel Victoria is set to publish another book, Imelda's Cake. The new book, which comes close on the heels of Coronel's earlier volume, Cogs on the Wheel, will be launched on September 21 in Washington, D.C.
