VIC: Frankston hospital shapes as key issue in vital seat

Bed and staff shortages at the Frankston Hospital are shaping up as a key issue in the
electorate's upcoming poll, which will determine the next Victorian state government.

Caretaker premier JEFF KENNETT's been pressed on the issue during a hostile visit to a pub
on his first visit to the electorate since the funeral of sitting MP PETER MCLELLAN on Friday.
