Sonia Gandhi has finally crossed the political threshold. By going public with her grievances against the Narasimha Rao government during a visit to her husband's constituency in Amethi, she has lent credence to what a majority of the people have been speculating all along - that India's celebrity widow nurtures political ambitions.
