Mexican Conference focuses on standards for professional psychologists.

Dr. Evelyn Diaz, chancellor, and Dr. Salvador Santiago, president of the Miami Institute of Psychology, recently returned from a midwinter conference on standards of education in professional Psychology (NCSPP) in Cancun, Mexico.

The five-day program - the first integrative conference on educational and training standards for professional psychology - focused on work done by the NCSPP during the last decade and on efforts by Council members to integrate the group's vision with the need for social responsibility.
