Penny Fukui becomes JACC's first executive director: JACC President Scott. Oki said that a major factor in selecting Fukui as executive director was her "infectious" passion for doing something positive for JACC.
Among a number of found memories, new Japanese American Chamber of Conference (JACC) Executive Director Penny Fukui remembered her parents who shaped her into an outgoing and positive-thinking "people-person."
Fukui became JACC's first executive director and first full-time employee. JACC President Scott Oki said that the time had finally come for a full-time leader.
