U.S. Stamp Festival Features 10 Hot Stamps.

The second annual American Music Stamp Festival opened Sept. 1 in New Orleans with the dedication of a new commemorative stamp saluting Jazz progenitor Louis Armstrong. Starring Wynton Marsalis, one of today's leading Jazz musicians and innovators, the annual tribute to American music kicks off a month-long celebration during which the Postal service will premier 10 new stamp designs featuring Jazz Musicians.
