Sun International begins redevelopment of Paradise Island.
Sun International has taken possession and assumed operating Resort International's holdings on Paradise Island. The holdings include Paradise Island Resort & Casino, the Ocean Club Golf & Tennis Resort and Paradise Beach Resort, as well as the Paradise Island Golf Club.
Work have already started on the $100 million redevelopment of Paradise Island by Sun International. This first phase, which is planned to be complete by December 1994, includes dramatic enhancement of Paradise and Britannia Towers, including public spaces, guest rooms and suites and important behind-the-scenes ...
