WA: Democrats Senator Murray to stand trial
Democrats Senator ANDREW MURRAY will stand trial in the Perth District Court next year
for assault after he allegedly hit a woman while walking his dog in the upmarket suburb
of Nedlands.
At a status conference today, Judge PETER NISBET ordered Senator MURRAY to stand trial
on March 7-9 and remanded him on bail.
Senator MURRAY, who was present in court today, had pleaded NOT guilty to assault ...
