NEW YORK -- The Zionist Organization of America, already under fire from competing Jewish groups for its public opposition to the recent rally for Israel at Madison Square Garden, is facing a potentially more serious problem in the form of a rift with its youth movement, Masada, that involves both politics and money.

The youth group, which sends some 600 teenage students to Israel every year, has already moved out of the ZOA's Manhattan headquarters and has taken up temporary quarters at 110 E. 59th St., home of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations. ...
