Novel tackles abortion issue.
The single most divisive issue that faces our nation is a racism and how to deal with its ugly results. Another issue that has polarized people is the abortion controversy.
For the first time since the Supreme Court's landmark ruling in 1973 upholding a woman's right to abortion, the House of Representatives voted in late 1995 to bar a particular method of abortion and impose criminal penalties against doctors who use it.
The proposed legislation outlaws "partial birth" abortions during the second and third trimester, involving a partial feet first delivery of the fetus and a suctioning of the brains to ease passage ...
