(Columbia Daily Spectator) (U-WIRE) NEW YORK -- About three weeks ago, Washington Heights resident Robert Jackson along with other New York City parents marched to city hall for the first day of a ground breaking court case. Jackson is one of the parents of city students who joined with 14 school districts in the "campaign for Fiscal Equity" to demand that the state provide a better public education system for their children.
