LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) The Nebraska farm couple whose struggles to save their marriage and their farm were chronicled in a PBS "Frontline" documentary have separated.
Darrel and Juanita Buschkoetter of Lawrence were the subject of the 6 1/2-hour documentary "The Farmer's Wife."
More than 15 million Americans watched the series, which aired over three nights in September 1998.
"The truth is, we're working on this, and I don't think it's anybody else's business," Buschkoetter said of the couple's separation, which began about a month ago. He said divorce is "not even in the question."
Juanita Buschkoetter would not comment. "This is not helping any," ...
