(Daily Texan) (U-WIRE) AUSTIN, Texas -- Journalists should concentrate more on reporting about substantial issues rather than feeding into the glamour of today's show-business world, said Bill Moyers, television news icon and former Daily Texan reporter at an on-campus lecture Thursday.
The former CBS anchor, addressed the state of ethics in journalism in light of the Information Age at the 12th annual Liz Carpenter Lectureship, "Journalism's Last Stand."
