GRAMMY ENTERTAINMENT's board of directors has approved the establishment
of a new subsidiary company to invest in Internet businesses.

In a filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, Grammy said it will
establish a new subsidiary, GMM Holding Co Ltd, with a registered fully
paid-up capital of Bt250 million by issuing 2.5 million shares at Bt100
each.
