(The Diamondback) (U-WIRE) COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- The Road to El Dorado is filled with stormy adventure, seductive romance, an evil jaguar and all the gold in the world, in this new Dreamworks animated feature that opens Friday.
Embarking on the journey are a pair of hapless and clumsy friends Tulio (voiced by Kevin Kline) and Miguel (Kenneth Brannagh) who are also very lucky to have each other and find what is most important to them. Tulio and Miguel's journey begins in Spain where they win a map to El Dorado, the legendary City of Gold.
They are thrown onto the ship of Jose Cortes, the Spanish explorer who is also searching for El Dorado, and escape ...
