Lithgow Brings Don Quixote to TNT
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Don Quixote had Sancho Panza. John Lithgow, even luckier, had buddies like actor Bob Hoskins and megaproducer Robert Halmi Sr. join his quest to bring Cervantes' classic tale to television.
The result is ``Don Quixote,'' a beguiling, 2{-hour TNT movie (8 p.m. EDT Sunday) which Lithgow co-produced and in which he plays the fabled Spanish dreamer. Hoskins co-stars as his sidekick, and Isabella Rossellini and Vanessa Williams are featured.
