Los Angeles 6, San Francisco 5 (1st Game)
SAN FRANCISCO, April 13 (UPI) -- Todd Hundley's sacrifice fly snapped a
seventh-inning tie and highlighted a three-run inning Thursday night as the Los
Angeles Dodgers defeated the San Francisco Giants, 6-5, in the completion of a
suspended game.
After San Francisco scored twice in the sixth to take a 4-3 lead, Todd
Hollandsworth led off the seventh with a single off Ben Weber (0-1).
Hollandsoworth moved to second on a wild pitch and Mark Grudzielanek followed
with an RBI single.
Gary Sheffield singled to chase Weber and Aaron Fultz came on to strike out
Shawn Green. But ...
