HOT SHRIMP WITH ROSEMARY

3 tablespoons butter, divided use
1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary
2 tablespoons Pickapeppa sauce (see note)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
