NOAH ADAMS, Host: Foreign ministers from Russia, France, Germany,
Britain and the United States are gathering in Geneva this weekend
to decide what to do now that the Serbs have officially rejected the
peace plan for Bosnia. The five foreign ministers, known as the contact
group, already have promised to punish any party who rejects the plan,
but what must still be worked out is what kind of punishment will
be meted out through the United Nations and NATO and how severe it
will be. NPR's Ted Clark has more.
