KATIE DAVIS, Host: In the western United States, against a mountain
backdrop in the state of Wyoming, sits the town of Jackson Hole.
It is a beautiful place and its beauty increasingly is drawing wealthy
developers to the community. For the people of Jackson Hole the resulting
growth has been a mixed blessing and it has local officials struggling
to preserve the special character of their home. NPR's Howard Berkes
reports.
