LINDA WERTHEIMER, Host: Before the peace plan can be implemented,
the war in the former Yugoslavia must be brought to a halt. The White
House and many members of Congress are skeptical about Bosnian-Serb
leader Radovan Karadzic's signing on to the plan this weekend, believing
it may have been an empty gesture designed to hold off Western military
action. For some congressional perspective on possible U.S. military
involvement in the Balkans, we turn to Democrat Lee Hamilton of Indiana
