NEAL CONAN, Host: Good morning again, I'm Neal Conan. Former KGB
General Oleg Kalugin [sp] arrived in London for a BBC TV show on Cold
War intelligence, but, as soon as he landed he was bundled off to
jail. Police asked him about the murder of a Bulgarian dissident
in 1978. Kalugin says he had nothing to do with it and that, while
he admired the professional technique and the helpful, friendly attitude
of the British police who strip-searched him, he may sue them anyway.
